When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted. We do our best to complete all orders as soon as possible, but in the event of a delay – we will contact you.

Where do I put the monogram information?

Please put all information necessary to monogram your item in the “Monogram Initials” text box on the product page. Please enter the initials or name in the exact order that you’d like it to appear.

What is the correct monogram order?

Monogram orders differ depending on gender and what you are looking for. Please visit Monogram Styles for more information!

Where do I find the font style and thread color options?

All of our available font styles can be viewed in the photos of each product. You can select the thread color for each item on the product page by using the color selector tool.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of each product, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that we are unable to cancel because they may already be in production.
